PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

All of our fabrics are natural and most of our pieces are hand woven and hand-dyed by our skilled artisans. Due to it's hand-made nature, there could be variations in the feel of the fabric, construction, colour and technique of the actual product. Fall and drape of some of the products may also vary according to the fabrics. Kindly bear this in mind while placing your order.

PRODUCT CUSTOMISATIONS & SIZING

Please verify your size before placing an order. You can do so by referring to our Size Chart. We do not charge an additional amount sizing customisations. We do have additional charges for customisations of the existing design eg. length, additional embroidery, sleeves and so on, things that are a personally chosen addition to your order.

WEBSITE CONTENT

Ka-Sha (™) India & Heart To Haat does not warrant that product descriptions or any other content on the website is completely accurate, reliable or error-free. If a product you receive has any dissimilarities from the product description (due to the above-mentioned reasons), the only solution will be to return it in an unused condition. All the content on this website, including the product descriptions and the prices is subject to change without prior notice.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Due to the hand-crafted nature of most of our products, they should only be dry-cleaned.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds on purchased goods. Items may be exchanged based on our Refund Policy but not refunded.
