SALE EVENT
A purchase made during our SALE EVENT cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have received a piece with manufacturing defects you need to let us know within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our team will look into the issue and review it. The decision to deem it fit for an exchange lies with the team at Ka-Sha.
The product colour may vary slightly in actual due to photography lighting conditions/ your device type/ screen settings. Kindly bear this in mind.

Shipping & Delivery Time We ship our Sample shop pieces between 3-5 working days from our studio in Pune.

Domestic Shipping (India) - We offer Free Delivery within India.
International Shipping Shipping Charges are based on your order value. For our Sample shop these are as following : Under INR 50000 = Flat Fee INR 4500/ Over INR 50000 = Flat Fee INR 5500
Kindly note that post dispatch delivery times differ based on your location between 4 to 10 working days from our studio in Pune. When receiving our parcels internationally, you may have to pay additional duty charges, if/as levied at the time of reaching your country. These taxes/ charges are levied as per government regulations in your country of residence and are beyond our control.
Refunds & Returns We do not offer refunds on purchased goods. Items may be exchanged based on our Shipping & Returns policies; but not refunded.
