SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our Head-quarters/ Studio is in Pune, Maharashtra, India. While our retail store is in Gurgaon, Delhi.
We offer Free Delivery within India. International shipping is charged as per actuals. We offer free International Shipping on orders above INR 1,00,000/-.
For international shipping, you may have to pay additional duty charges, if levied at the time of reaching your country. Ka-Sha takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders due to unsettled duty/tax charges, and will provide no refund for the same. Please refer to our Shipping Policy here.

At Ka-Sha the pieces are made-to-order. Each product has the time to make the product mentioned under it. At an average we take anywhere between 15-21 working days to dispatch your order from our studio in Pune, India. Shipping times vary based on where the product is going!
All are parcels are sent either through Fedex or DHL delivery services.

All our products are hand-crafted and need your utmost love and care. Please do not bleach or hand in direct sunlight due to their hand-dyed nature.
For our Clamp Dyed and Dip Dyed pieces we recommend dry cleaning as the first wash as the products have multiple colours and dye techniques.
For our Solid Dyed pieces, darker colours should always be hand-washed (if dry cleaning is not possible) seperately as colours may run. Avoid letting them soak in water for a very long time. Cold water is recommended.

PURCHASE & RETURNS
Please notify our team about the issue at the earliest and we will do our best to resolve this for you. In such a case, we will try to repair the defect/damage or exchange the item if that is not possible.
Dont worry! We will make sure that this never happens but if it does please notify our team about this within 24 hours of receiving the order and we will look into this immediately and make sure the missing items are shipped out to you as soon as possible.
We do not offer refunds on purchased goods. Items may be exchanged based on our Shipping & Returns policies but not refunded.
