All our products are hand-crafted and need your utmost love and care. Please do not bleach or hand in direct sunlight due to their hand-dyed nature.
For our Clamp Dyed, Dip Dyed and any other pieces with more than one color, we recommend dry cleaning as the first wash as the products have multiple colours and dye techniques.
For our Solid Dye pieces, darker colours should always be hand-washed (if dry cleaning is not possible) seperately as colours may run. Avoid letting them soak in water for a very long time. Cold water is recommended.
As part of our Sample shop this product will be shipped to your address in 2-4 working days. The shipping time depends on your exact location.

Refund Policy
A purchase made during our SALE EVENT like Sample Shop cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have received a piece with manufacturing defects you need to let us know within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our team will look into the issue and review it. The decision to deem it fit for an exchange lies with the team at Ka-Sha.
